IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL AN ORDER PLEASE CONTACT us at bonjour@blacksaturn.fr as soon as possible. IN SOME CASES IT iS POSSIBLE THE ORDER MAY HAVE BEEN SHIPPED ALREADY. UNFORTUNATELY IN THIS CASE WE CANNOT CANCEL THE ORDER AND IT WILL NEED TO BE TREATED AS A RETURN OR EXCHANGE. our shipping and handling fees won't be refunded.

AT black saturn WE TAKE GREAT PRIDE IN THE QUALITY OF OUR PRODUCTS AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WE PROVIDE. to request an exchange or refund, please email us at bonjour@blacksaturn.fr with the details of your order. Items must be returned within 15 calendar days from receipt of your order.

lost or stolen items

we ship exclusively with regular mail, colissimo or chronopost. if your tracking number indicates your item was delivered, we have no control on any lost or stolen items and we cannot issue you a refund. in this case, you need to contact the local authorities or your local postal service. the item you ordered stops being our responsibility once it is sent out. it is then on the delivery service to successfully deliver your package.
